Nexinq provides custom software development, AI integration, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (e.g., statement of work or contract) between Nexinq and the client. These Terms of Service govern general use of this website and serve as a baseline for all engagements.
Upon receipt of full payment for an engagement, all custom work product created specifically for the client becomes the property of the client. Nexinq retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in delivering the work. Nothing in these terms grants either party rights to the other's pre-existing intellectual property beyond what is necessary to complete the engagement.
Nexinq treats all client information shared during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to treat any proprietary methods, pricing, or materials provided by Nexinq as confidential.
While we take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about its completeness or availability. Software and internet services are subject to interruptions and limitations outside our control, and we cannot warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexinq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nexinq's total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
